This is how my targeting started.

A typical summer day where I'm sitting on the porch soaking up some sun in a very quite neighborhood. You'll hear birds, sirens, our friendly neighbor doing work on his shed. It's a small coastal town with lots of Air Bnb's. We are at the end of a dead end road and our house is surrounded by trees on 3 sides. The road is shaped like an L and has about 4 houses within yelling distance.

This is how my targeting started. This tone would transmit to me any time day or night that I went out side. Anywhere on my property and a little ways up the street. At the start of this video you hear them letting me know they can hear me whispering on my porch. I was responding to the voice, letting them know that I can't hear them well enough to understand them and that's why I was recording. This was the transition phase of me only hearing the high pitch tone into hearing the tone and very faint voices.
