Day 9 - Chair Yoga For Balance - 30 Days of Chair Yoga 2025 - Seated To Standing - 25 Minute Class

Welcome to Day 9 of this 30 Days of Chair Yoga 2025! In today's class we focus on Balance and Stability. We begin Standing with the support of the Chair and Warm Up. Then we Focus on Strengthening the Legs one at time. Finally, we come to the balance postures. We end with a seated cool down and Guided Relaxation.
