Chopper 9 Exclusive: Aerial view of fire above Molly Malone's in Pleasant Ridge

The fire department is fighting to keep an apartment fire above Molly Malone's Pub & Restaurant from spreading to the restaurant and adjacent businesses Thursday afternoon. Fire crews on ladders are pouring water into a giant hole in the roof. The blaze started in a second-floor apartment at 6111 Montgomery Road in Pleasant Ridge, officials said. Besides Molly Malone's, the Coffee Exchange and Queen City Comic & Card Company are on the first floor.
