Uncle Sam from 1996 is about a crazy soldier who turns on his team and gets taken out from friendly fire then returns some years later on the 4th of July to take out unpatriotic people...
Apparently, it's all a bit confusing on who he chooses as victims etc but the 12 year old kid
in this is based and has no issue calling people out so he gets respect!
Oh yeah, it's a comedy horror B-Movie (from about half way on).
