On July 7, 2005, a series of coordinated suicide bombings in London targeted civilians using public transportation during the morning rush hour. Fifty-two people were killed and more than 700 were injured in the terrorist attacks that left the city reeling. It was the second day of Georgina Ferguson's new job, and a split second decision to switch trains in the London Underground saved her life that day. A decade after the bombing, Ferguson, who is a motion-graphics designer, has created an animation of her experience—something she's never openly discussed. "I felt afraid, I felt alone," she says in the film. "I believed I was going to die."
