Many people have complained about my previous videos regarding Youtube (or Rumble) Creators and Youtube (or Rumble) itself censoring or deleting comments on videos. Many people have left comments proclaiming that when Youtube or Rumble censors a comment or when a Youtube or Rumble Creator deletes a comment from their channel that this violates the first amendment and it is illegal. So In this video I talk about Rumble or Youtube censoring comments, channel-owners deleting comments and how the 1st Amendment of the Constitution does not protect you from having your comments censored and how it is not illegal nor does it break any laws when your comments get deleted. In the same way, shadow-banning comments or shadowbanning a youtube account not only does not break any laws, but everyone using Youtube agreed to have their comments deleted or their account and comments shadowbanned when they signed-up and agreed to Youtube's Terms of Service.
