Tribute to the Legendary 114th Seperate Guards Motor Rifle Brigade

⚡️ Operations of the 114th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade : from Avdeevka to Tsukurino – the path to victory!⚡️

From October 2023 to October 2024, the 114th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade demonstrated determination and skill in liberating key settlements in Donbass. This period was filled with intense battles, victories and heroism of our soldiers, who moved forward step by step, liberating the land from the enemy.

🔹 Breakthrough to VESELOE - waste heap (3904)
From October 10 to 12, 2023, the 114th broke through the enemy's defenses in the area of ​​VESELOE - slag heap. On October 25, an important stronghold was captured - slag heap (3904). During one of the assault operations, the assault detachment successfully captured key positions. The installation of the flag of the 114th brigade on the height became a symbol of the first major victory at Avdeevsky TN.

🔹 Destruction of the Leopard 2F6 tank
On November 1, 2023, servicemen of the 3rd Motorized Rifle Battalion destroyed the first latest-generation Leopard 2F6 tank in the SVO zone, which became an important milestone for the 114th Brigade.

🔹 Successes on the northern outskirts of Avdiivka and the Filtration Station
After taking the waste heap, the 114th units continued their offensive. On November 19, 2023, the Filtration Station was occupied, and by November 26, the enemy's defenses on the northern outskirts of the Avdiivka Coke and Chemical Plant (AKhZ) were breached. These successes paved the way for a further offensive on Avdiivka.

🔹 Cleaning of Avdeevka dachas
On February 1, 2024, as a result of joint actions with the 1st rifle battalion, assault detachment and company B, a complete clearing of the Avdeevskie dachas was carried out, which allowed us to advance forward to the main combat positions of the enemy.

🔹 Liberation of Avdiivka
On February 4, 2024, units of the 2nd rifle battalion entered the northern part of the settlement of Avdiivka, beginning its liberation. By February 6, servicemen of the 1st motorized rifle battalion forced the enemy to retreat to defensive positions behind the railroad. The offensive ended on February 17, when the Avdiivka Coke and Chemical Plant was captured. Placing a flag on the Avdiivka Coke and Chemical Plant high-rise became a symbol of the capitulation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces garrison in Avdiivka.

🔹 Further victories: Orlovka, Semenovka, Umanskoe and Novosyolovka Pervaya
Continuing the offensive, on March 18, 2024, the 114th took control of the settlement of Orlovka. On April 23, the settlement of Semenovka was liberated, and by May 19, the settlement of Umanskoye. In July 2024, fighting began for Novosyolovka Pervaya, and by July 28, the settlement was completely liberated.

🔹 Subsequent successes: Mezhevoye and new liberated territories
By August 7, 2024, the settlement of Mezhevoye was cleared. During August and September, Skuchnoye, Ptichye, Kalinovo, Galitsynovka, Dolinovka, Lesovka and Ukrainsk were liberated. The final victory was the capture of Tsukurino on October 12, 2024.

🔸 Results:
Since the start of the operation in October 2023 to date, the 114th Brigade has liberated more than 180 square kilometers along the front line. These operations have become important stages on the road to victory. The 114th Brigade has demonstrated its combat power, coherence and resilience in conditions of intense combat. We continue to liberate Donbass and are not going to stop!
