So today I am making my own mayonnaise. This recipe is very easy. And trust me you will not want to buy mayo from the store again.

Recipe:

1 Cup neutral flavored oil (canola, vegetable etc)
1 lg egg
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Put all ingredients into a mixer and mix away. Done.
