Now, let's get to the sausage ball chaffle recipe! Here's what you'll need:

1/2 cup superfine almond flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp Kinders Red Garlic Seasoning
1 large egg
1/2 cup sour cream
16 oz. Ground Sausage
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite)
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Make sure everything is well incorporated. Then, form approximately 12 balls of equal size using the mixture. Place these balls into the mini waffle maker and let them cook until done. In my case, it took around five minutes, but cooking times may vary. Once cooked, transfer the chaffles to a cooling rack for a few minutes to achieve the perfect texture. Finally, it's time to indulge in the savory goodness of these sausage ball chaffles!

I had an absolute blast making these chaffles, and the results were absolutely delicious.
