Scope & Content: Reel 1, Pres. Wilson and party board the British destroyer Brighton at Calais, Fr. Wilson and Adm. Roger Keyes wave to the crowd as the Brighton departs escorted by the destroyer Termagant. The Brighton docks at Dover. The Wilsons are greeted by the Duke of Connaught, Amb. John Davis, Adm. Sims, and Gen. Biddle. Wilson inspects the guard of honor. Pres. and Mrs. Wilson are greeted at the London station by King George V, Queen Mary, and Princess Mary. Wilson and the King inspect Welsh Guards at Buckingham Palace. The Wilsons and the royal couple wave to crowds. Reel 2, Wilson, Lloyd George, Arthur Balfour, and Arthur Henderson arrive at No. 10 Downing St. The Wilsons, Lord Chester-field, and the Duke of Connaught arrive at the Guildhall. Wilson and party view a church in Carlisle. The Wilsons visit the Manchester town hall and board the trawler Magnetic. Reel 3, the Magnetic sails past a captured German submarine as Wilson waves to crowds ashore. The Wilsons visit the Free Trade Hall in Manchester. The Pres. inspects an honor guard in Victoria Station, London. The Wilsons reboard the Brighton and pose with Adm. Grayson and Gen. Harts. Wilson reviews a guard of honor at Calais, Fr., and departs for Paris.
