Greitens team admits prosecutors had sufficient evidence in dismissal agreement

41 Action News has obtained the un-redacted dismissal agreement former Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens made with prosecutors in order to get one charge against him dropped. In the original document released to the media, two items on the agreement were blacked out. The un-redacted version shows that those items state that Greitens admits prosecutors had sufficient evidence against him to take the case to a jury.
