As a result of lessons learned during a 60 day initiative to reduce the backlog of agency submitted records schedules, NARA's Records Management Services Division (ACNR), created a Quality Control Checklist for Requests for Disposition Authority. The checklist, based on Title 36 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), is designed to assist those who review record schedules prior to submission to NARA.
