Scope & Content: On A.E.F. activities in France. Reel 1, troops debark from the Seattle and Leviathan and parade in Boulogne. Gen. Pershing inspects French troops. Troops debark at St. Nazaire, and the Orleans passes the waterfront of Bordeaux. Troops parade in Paris. Pershing lays a wreath on Lafayette's tomb. Reel 2, infantry units march, rest, and eat. Troops exercise and practice firing 37-mm guns. Shows a retreat ceremony. Troops and equipment advance; emplacements are dug. Reel 3, supply trains advance and artillery shells Fismes. Troops march toward Lorraine; a camp is set up. Shows A.E.F. headquarters at Varennes and Montfaucon.
