What you'll need:
Cake Pop Dough
1 baked cake (baked and cooled, any flavor - standard sized (9x13))
⅓ cup frosting (or more, if needed)
1 lb candy melts (in black, orange, white, and pink, or use almond bark or white chocolate with food coloring)
28 treat sticks
Decorations
edible marker (or edible paint)
