Try quick and delicious oatmeal and apple recipe, perfect for a healthy, balanced breakfast! Ideal for weight loss, this combination keeps you full and energized until lunch.

Ingredients:
Recipe 1:
100 g (1 cup) oat flakes
150 ml (2/3 cup) warm milk
leave to soak 5-10 minutes
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 medium apples
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
30 g (1/3 cup) nuts
19 cm / 7.5 inches
avocado oil
bake for 30-35 min at 180°C/360°F

Recipe 2
80 g ( ~3/4 cup) oat flakes
250 g (1 cup) cottage cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp sweetener (stevia or your choice)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp coconut flakes
bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C/360°F
