Do you agree, Matthew 3:15 is the first commandment Jesus orders in the new testament?

Was it only to JB or us now in him too? When he stated it the receipt was John the Baptist. Yet now i lean toward part of character development links to us becoming aware we to part of that. 2 Corinthians 5:21, reads, "For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.

So I think we too ought to get around what we think is right too. Not just John the Babtist. That is what suffer it to be so now means in this case. Not necessarily long suffering though it might require long suffering too in order to perceive that. It has for me and I am still working on it. Could use some of the Spirit and Christ here to even one day grow my character to be able to repent. This is why I am posting this video. Will you help me gain character or develop that?

What does it mean to full-fill all righteousness? Not sure. This is what the first search result said. I added a bit to it at the end.

Fulfilling all righteousness is the act of doing what God requires, which includes:
Understanding God's will: Knowing what God wants and doing it
Being humble: Submitting to God's will with humility
Following Jesus' example: Conforming to Jesus' will and following his example. Part of this is recognizing along with this life testimony he ordered us to follow his example with commandments outlining in detail what this means.
