Frame Advantage Ep 5-- Take it Easy on the Brothas, Alright?

Desperation can cause people to do some crazy things that, under normal circumstances, they wouldn't do. Like say the Democrat candidate for President being in serious trouble before an election causing Obama to give a speach about his disappointment specifically in younger male black voters. That is a great example of a very bad idea made under pressure.
