In small bowl, take
9 - 12 Almonds
6- 8 Pistachios
6- 7 Dates
Small Amount of Saffron
fill the bowl with water and soak overnight
in the morning, put in the mixer with
2 cups of milk and
1 banana in cut in small pieces
than blend it, decorate with
Cinnamon powder and with dry fruits.
