Palestinian PM condemns Israel’s ‘genocidal war’ at UN
Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa has denounced Israel’s war in Gaza and occupation of the West Bank as a ‘genocidal war.’ Speaking at the United Nations General Assembly, Mustafa called the war ‘one of the darkest chapters in modern history,’ one which has caused ‘unprecedented loss and suffering.’ He accused Israel of ‘withholding Palestinian tax revenues,’ which he called a ‘financial siege.’ As he spoke, an Israeli representative could be seen looking ashen faced, making notes.
