A reoccurring problem I’ve seen with clients trying to lose weight is this:
They start tracking but despite sticking to their calories, they barely see any meaniful change.
So they lose motivation and give up.
At this point it’s easier to blame metabolism or start thinking it just doesn’t work for them.
But the reality, for the majority of people is just a matter of adjusting their calories.
Once we get that right and start seeing the needle move, motivation increases and adherence improves.
That’s a winning combo for results.
So in simple, if you’re not seeing the changes you want, consider reducing your calories week on week until you do.
