Time for a facial!

As a mum, it's really, really hard to find time for self-care. But if you're feeling tired and worn out, it's a good idea to try and take a little bit of much-needed mummy time so that you can do something that makes you feel refreshed and energised.

In my case, I was lucky to have a gift voucher for a skin treatment at our local Endota Spa here in Surfers Paradise, so I chose the Intense New Age Facial.

This facial includes a glycolic acid peel, hydro microdermabrasian, red light therapy, and a sheet mask, all designed to give your skin a fantastic exfoliation and promote ongoing skin cell renewal.

Little Spencer came with me, and he was very well behaved :)
