Speed Reading Timer - 4 minutes

3

Set an intention to improve reading speed.

1st minute: read at your comprehension level
2nd minute: read double the previous speed
3rd minute: read triple the 1st minute's speed
4th minute: read at comprehension level

Each minute is separated by whoosh sounds.
Take note of how much you read in the first minute.
Pop sound in 2nd minute indicates 30s mark, so you know you should've read as much as you read in the 1st minute.
Pop sounds in 3rd minute indicate 20s and 40s marks, so you know you should've read as much as you read in the 1st minute.

The timer is inspired by Howard Berg's "Super Reading Secrets".

Author recommended to practice 4-minute reading exercise at least 4 times a day for at least a month to see improvement in reading speed and comprehension.
