Beef and Broccoli | Blackstone Griddles
Jeremy made a quick beef and broccoli dish on the griddle in just 5 minutes. It’s full of garlic, teriyaki, and a little heat from chili onion sauce—perfect for the campground. Fast, simple, and tasty.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Blackstone SPG Seasoning (or your preferred all-purpose seasoning)
1 pound shaved beef steak
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups precooked jasmine rice
3-4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
Chili onion sauce or sriracha (to taste, for heat)
Directions:
1. Preheat your griddle to medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic to one side of the griddle and let it cook until fragrant.
3. Place the broccoli on the same side of the griddle, stirring occasionally to mix with the garlic. Cook until the broccoli begins to soften.
4. On the other side of the griddle, spread out the shaved beef steak evenly. Season the beef with Blackstone SPG (or your preferred seasoning).
5. Stir and flip the beef occasionally, making sure to cook all sides evenly until browned and fully cooked.
6. Once the beef is cooked through, mix it with the cooked broccoli and add the precooked jasmine rice. Stir everything together to combine.
7. Drizzle the teriyaki sauce over the mixture and continue cooking, tossing occasionally to ensure even coating.
8. For added heat, top with chili onion sauce or sriracha according to your preference.
9. Serve hot and enjoy!
