Proof USA voting can be rigged

Clinton Eugene Curtis testifies that he was paid by Senator Tom Pheeny to create electronic voting software that would allow vote rigging in electronic voting machines that would only be provable with a full recount and paper receipts of all votes.

Based on this testimony USA Elections may have been fraudulent since at least the year 2000.
