This video, which speculates about weather manipulation, is not a wild conspiracy theory. Ask Dane Wiggington or listen to Lyndon B. Johnson when he talks about controlling the weather. Milton seemed like it was juiced. Funny how the juice ran out once it got over land. But it was far stronger than it should have been. The whole thing seemed telegraphed from the weather industrial complex to the media industrial complex.
