Join Bobby Cleveland and JJ Humphrey today on OCP. We are calling out Director Harpe on his Media claims of travel and his travel expenses. Based on news reports the Director was very untruthful and was approximately 20k short on his report. Director Harpe failed to report trips for ACA. This is interesting because Oklahoma Department of Corrections is no longer a member of ACA. JJ will be talking about an open records request he filed. JJ will explain why it was necessary to file a formal records request. We will discuss the difficulties of getting information from this administration. Last we are reporting on the numerous rumors received that Harpe is firing medical staff, and kitchen staff. It is unclear if the Department is broken or if Harpe has some sort of plan. DOC has a massive staff shortage, reducing more staff appears to be the most unbelievable undertaking yet. We hope rumors are not true but when you think Director Harpe can’t go lower, we hear these rumors. See you today at 12 pm on OCP.
