In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who had a girlfriend while one of his female coworkers was trying to get him to cheat with her. Her fooled around, but wouldn’t sleep with her. Eventually he ended his relationship. Now that he’s single she is telling him she’s not ready for a relationship because she needs to get over her ex. He wonders if he should wait for her to be ready to date and asks my opinion.
