On January 27th, 2022, officers were dispatched to conduct a welfare check. The caller reported that her daughter was talking nonsense, acting very strangely, and wandering around in her underwear. Noticing her behavior, the officer tried to determine if the woman was under the influence of some kind of intoxicant. Here is what her mother told the police about her disorder.
