Every time Russia shows good will, agreements get undermined by Ukraine – Lavrov

Russia’s position on Ukraine is clear: no admission to NATO, neutral status, solving problems of Russian population who’s rights have been violated, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov has said.

‘We do not accept any variant when Ukraine retains opportunity to be used by the West in its interest’, he added.
