Presenters are not allowed to use a Teleprompter, President Trump showed up and read off a binder. Kamala showed up via video, In a slick produced video where she could not make any mistakes. This is just a fair playing field, Kamala cannot come off well if she does not have a Teleprompter Cable TV voices talking into her ear.
