Thief dragged along road by horse he was trying to steal

A man in Caarapó, Brazil learned the hard way that you can’t steal a horse that doesn’t want to be stolen. CCTV footage shows the aftermath of the attempted horse theft, with the unstolen horse dragging the thief, and his bike, along the road.
