Martin emphasizes the importance of chlorophyll-rich foods: “Nutritionally, the most parasympathizing nutrient we know is chlorophyll.” Consuming green vegetables can encourage a more restful state. Options like chlorella powder mixed with water or juice can enhance the diet’s calming effect, ensuring better sleep and reducing the risk of weight gain.
