Ep. 16 - We got our steel foundation done... and then a freak storm hit and destroyed our hard work

We got our cabin foundation all welded out, installed the vapor barrier and started on the subfloor and insulation. Clear skies and no rain in the forecast. Then a freak storm blew in powered by Hurricane Beryl and dropped over an inch of rain. The vapor barrier is ruined along with several hundred dollars worth of insulation and plywood that we couldn't cover up in time. This is a setback but we will keep going.
