2A Infringing Sheriff Gets Sued || Fake Trump Assassination Attempt

This is an ugly situation where a member of the press, Vem Miller, was falsely accused of attempting to attack President Trump. Sheriff Chad Bianco and his team are now being sued for defamation; calling him the 3rd Trump assassin. Turns out none of that is true. However, there is also a second amendment case in here that implicates California gun laws.
