Corporate Officials of Bulloch County

Lawton Sack and Cassandra Mikell qualified “Republican” candidates through their private corporate entity consisting of only them and Ginger Nevil. The corporation prohibits members and replaced the political party committee structure. Their corporation is also subservient to the Georgia Republican Party, Inc. That corporation, which conducts state action, has received an apparently false authorization of Secretary of State, with no provision of law allowing it. This violates Ga Code 21-2-50(2). No state governing committee of a lawful state political party OSS on file with the Ga Secretary of State.

Georgia courts have repeatedly found that placing corporate agents in public official positions is unconstitutional. This appears to be an endemic throughout all of Georgia. Georgia has a centralized government led by corporate fascists.
