Shoma, the king of sweets, junk food and diabetes and Hanto meet for the first and second time and both of them act cool towards each other while at the same time looking like they are going to pee on themselves. The stomach twins are in thin ice now that their sister, Glotta is involved. A new part timer gets a surgical procedure and it's on the move. It's up to Shoma and his new Choco power to stop him from turning his latest victim into a snack.
