The video shows Watts complaining about handcuffs and arguing with officers.

According to arrest documents, a Broken Arrow Police officer was arrested in Oklahoma City for public intoxication.

The documents claim BAPD Officer Braden Watts fought with OKC officers as he was being arrested.

Watts graduated from the Broken Arrow Police Academy last August. The arrest happened this past June.

According to arrest documents, on June 13, OKC Police were called to the Omni Hotel where Watts was acting "drunk and belligerent." Apparently, he was causing such a disturbance, the hotel decided to kick him out of his room. That was when hotel staff called police to deal with the issue.

Watts refused to leave and was arrested for public drunkenness. The arresting officer said Watts "had already been out on earlier in the night, had come back out of his room and started causing problems again at the bar."

According to the booking report, Watts was not cooperative at all. When he was placed in a patrol car, he beat on the door and window, and would not stop.

At one point, the arresting officer opened the car door, Watts got out and refused to get all the way back in the car. The report claims after multiple attempts to get him back inside, another officer had to help. Watts still struggled with the officers and refused to get back in the car, the arrest document claims.
