Woman Tries to Enter Random Cars

Info from Licensor: "A lady was running down Redland Bay road screaming and trying to get into peoples cars. The video starts when she is already in someone else's car and the owner has got out of the vehicle extremely scared. The lady continues to try to get in cars acting erratically and screaming until some bystanders pull her off the road and try to keep her calm until police come. After trying to calm her, the police put her in handcuffs, searched her and waited for an ambulance. It took another forty minutes or so and four police officers and two ambulance officers to strap her to an ambulance stretcher and get her to hospital."
