Shaun Yurtkuran joins me on the Clay Edwards Show to discuss the most recent guilty plea in the federal corruption case over a real estate deal for a new convention center hotel in Jackson, Mississippi. So far one city councilwoman and the business partner of Hinds County D.A. Jody Owens have plead guilty and all signs point to Mayor Chokwe Antar Lumumba, Hinds D.A. Jody Owens and current Jackson city council president Aaron Banks all being the co-conspirators listed in the previously mentioned felons indictments. We'll discuss if we could actually see any of them end up in prison and what the long-term ramifications could mean for the city of Jackson.
