Illegal Construction Activities without Building Permit

It is a requirement to display the permit at the construction site in a visible location. This allows inspectors and relevant authorities to easily identify that the construction work is authorized and compliant with local building codes and regulations. As you can see from the video, there is no such Building Permit on display.

This is major construction work costing more than P5,000 with the evident use of several ladders (simultaneous work of laborers needing a ladder each), the amount of construction garbage outside the house and of course the construction noise occurring for many days.
