Arborist Norm Oberson walked with members of the public and the Stanley Park Preservation Society in the Stanley Park forest to observe and discuss the natural life cycles of trees. Vancouver Parks Board Commissioners voted (6 to 1) to continue a highly questionable and heavily contested logging operation in Vancouver's beloved Stanley Park.
