The Blending Of Two Training Methods

What you see in the video is a combo of the two methods. One force generation period of each (or related isometric posture) spread throughout the day.

In addition to the conversation I mentioned at the beginning of this video one other thing guided me toward this path of thinking and action. My years of utilizing overcoming isometrics and my once sporadic but more consistent use of muscle control helped me to realize that what's being trained with each method is different. One feels like I'm engaging the muscle while the other feels more like tendons/fascia. This could be why longer durations and an increased number of sets in terms of hypertrophy are advocated with the latter.
