Hey y’all! It’s Lisa Jo, your essential oil girl, checking in from Lone Tree, Colorado! It’s been a minute, but I wanted to share some updates and show off the fall colors we’re getting here – a huge change from when we lived in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Fall wasn’t a thing in Florida, so I’m still adjusting to it! 🌸 And, I might be fighting it a bit – I even bought myself some spring flowers to rebel against the season. 😆

Also, can we talk about the temperatures? We went from 80s last week to 50s this week, and yes, I broke down and turned on the heater! Coming from Florida, where we only used the heater about three times in 15 years, this is a big deal! With that dry air, I’ve got my trusty doTERRA diffuser-humidifier running non-stop, and I even use essential oils in it to keep things cozy.
