Are you a high level basketball player who wants to stand out on the court? This is a full ELITE basketball workout performed by Jon "SuperHandles" Hildebrandt.

In this particular workout, Supe is pushing to become even harder to guard, and is focusing on some Delayed Mirror Hezi Moves, Scoring Pull-Up Jumpers, and Explosive Training for jumping higher and being more explosive.
