The story revolves around the Sea Kingdom and how they strive to rule across the sea. After being rejected by the Prince despite declaring her love, the sea witch curses the Prince to occasionally turn into female form. One way to break the curse is to use the dragon blood but unfortunately the dragons are thought to be extinct for centuries. When his mother, the empress, tries to cure him using her own power and weaken her power in the process, a powerful lord in the kingdom seizes the opportunity to rebel and interrupt the process, forcing the prince to run to the land and become the student of a powerful wizard to increase his power and also to break his curse so he could stop being a woman. In the process, two of the senior students, a male and a female, fall in love with his female and male form respectively. His learning is interrupted when he learns that his mother's life is in danger and have to rush back to fight the rebel lord. His seniors, including the two who fall in love with him, also go to aid him. After a hard battle the rebels are defeated and the lord is defeated by the male senior who is proven to be of the dragon race. His dragon blood also cures the curse of the prince, who is now a princess after choosing to be permanently in his female form.
