Wednesday 1016 Vote Counts Must Be Certified Even If Fraud Is Suspected, Georgia Judge Rules

A judge in Georgia has ruled that even if county election officials suspect there has been voter fraud, or even mistakes, they have to certify the results by the legal deadline.
Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney of Fulton County, ruled that no election officials, board members or anyone else can refuse to certify the election results, or abstain from certifying them under any circumstance.
In his ruling, McBurney said that county election officials are not given authority under the law to determine voter fraud has occurred, or what should be done about it if it does.
