State and Federal Courts Move to Quarantine “COVID-19 Infection” Evidence from Former Biological Warfare Planner

In a surprise reversal of fortune in a FOIA case, the Government, of all agencies, the White House, had been placed under a hard deadline to present its motion to dismiss, the manner in which, courts acknowledge, “the vast majority” of FOIA cases are resolved, but in this court-acknowledged matter of a “protracted history”, in recent days a series of panicked, rapid-fire minute orders has been issued to attempt to impose a prefiling injunction, requiring leave of court to file pleadings, after the sworn declaration prepared by the Deputy General Counsel for OMB and the Office of General Counsel had failed to satisfy the muster of presenting a detailed account of a best efforts search, reasonably calculated to locate requested documents in the matter first filed on March 23, 2023, in its most recent iteration, against lead defendant Meta Platforms, Inc., but also identifying as codefendants the OMB, the coordinator for FOIA requests for the White House, and later the Executive Office of the President (EOP). The White House on the run in a DoJ designated simple FOIA case, which, on previous occasions, the White House had repeatedly described as “ripe for dismissal.”

The attempts to block further pleadings from a court-acknowledged federal whistleblower in a case attempting to locate the memorializing documents created at the time of classification by an original classification authority had included both an affidavit regarding the filing of a “Sesame Street Simple” FOIA filed in follow up to the White House, accompanied by a “Sesame Street Stupid” demonstrative exhibit to depict, graphically, to the court, the search that Heather V. Walsh, Deputy General Counsel for OMB and EOP had claimed the White House had spent three years completing. And, in repercussions from the retreating position of the White House, the Arlington Circuit Court has made the sudden move to strike the Statement in Lieu of Transcript that had been filed in a case the court had quashed with a prefiling injunction. This case had sought to compel the Commonwealth’s Attorney, Arlington Democrat Parisa Dehgnani-Tafti, to convene a grand jury investigation into the arbitrary and capricious decision to close the doors at public schools to in-person instruction at a time when it was known that the median age of infection was 51, unless the preschoolers in what had been the most educated community in the nation are a little older than most preschoolers.

If that was not enough court action, the prosecutor in Richmond, Colette McEachin, a Black attorney, has lawyered up, retaining the legal services of a Chuck Robb firm in Richmond to attempt to stave off a mandamus writ to compel a grand jury investigation into the fatal infections that had been found to have adversely affected the Black community in the state capital. Why would a prosecutor require an attorney to defend against a bizarre conspiracy and frivolous case? The Richmond prosecutor has made no official comment.
