Pike Township Fire Department considering Indianapolis Fire Department merger

Another Marion County township fire department is considering a merger with the Indianapolis Fire Department. Over the years, Washington, Lawrence, Warren, Franklin and Perry townships have consolidated with I.F.D. Now, Pike Township is taking a serious look at it.
