Canadian Government Liberal Official CAUGHT Lying About Weather Modification!

The same politician - BC's Kevin Falcon that denied knowing anything about cloud seeding/weather modification at a recent town hall (caught on tape I will show) and calls us conspiracy theorists and tin foil hatters ... we just found out was the minister in 2011 who REPEALED the Weather Modification Act (law) for BC which means he knew ALL ABOUT weather modification and asked for NO regulation or oversight in BC. He washed his hands of it and handed the issue to the fed. Why would he do that?
