Civilians and Non Combatants in Islam

In Islam, it's not only a civilian that is safe but also when a COMBATANT becomes a non-combatant - their life is safe as well. The Israeli Occupation Forces have killed Palestinian NON-COMBATANTS even if they were to prove that every man, woman, and child they killed was 'Hamas.' FYI, Zionists regard Palestinians as the Biblical Amalekites, which is the actual reason for their slaughter.
